At Kiitos Living by Design, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
